Since our products are fabricated and manufactured after orders are put in, they usually take up to 2 weeks for most orders to be processed, shipped and delivered.

All orders generally take 5-7 business days to be created and then get shipped. With the exception of custom made hoodies that can take 10-15 business days for production then shipped. We pride ourself in providing great quality and comfort for your fur-baby.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. Hoodie manufacture issue; dust got in-between the machine and your hoodie), this understandably will extend your production time.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
